Amanda is a change agent who is passionate about supporting the long-term growth and success of business owners.
She brings experience in operations and project management, as well as 11+ years of experience in training and education in the US, Afghanistan, and South Korea, to DAUERHAFT.
She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with a BA in Business Management and an MA in Mass Communication and Media Studies from Howard University.
Amanda enjoys learning about philosophy as well as learning new languages. She is currently learning Korean and German.

Violeta brings a diverse skill set in operations, administration, sales, and government contracting. With experience working across various industries, including B2B SaaS, real estate, and ocean conservancy, she has collaborated with startups, nonprofits, and well-established companies to drive efficiency and growth.
Holding a BSc in Global Management (Cum Laude) and an AA from Seminole State College of Florida (Magna Cum Laude), Violeta combines strong academic credentials with hands-on experience to deliver impactful solutions.
Having traveled to over 25 countries and lived in Canada and Nicaragua, Violeta now proudly calls the U.S. home. This global perspective, coupled with her deep understanding of the U.S. business landscape, allows her to approach challenges with creativity and innovation.
Outside of her professional life, Violeta enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, traveling, and supporting environmental and animal causes.

You can email info@dauhaft.com 30 days before you would like to cancel your membership. Please include CANCEL MEMBERSHIP in the subject line and any questions or concerns you would like to provide in the email.
After your membership is canceled, you can reactivate your membership within 90 days of cancellation at the same monthly rate you had at cancellation without having to pay the initial new member activation fee again.

First-time membership activation fees can be canceled and refunded within 72 hours of the initial purchase. However, monthly membership fees can not be refunded after the membership is activated.
Due to the nature of our services and the partners who facilitate support, we cannot offer refunds once services are rendered. However, our processes are deeply rooted in listening to member feedback, so please give us feedback, offer suggestions, and ask questions so that we can ensure that your needs are being taken care of.
